Here's How to Make Donor Calls LONGER

[00:00:34] It's often harder to connect on a personal level.
[00:00:37] We can't read the interest or passions in a person's voice.
[00:00:41] We can't hear their inflection and emphasis.
[00:00:44] We can't answer questions a donor has about a program they are interested in.
[00:00:49] And emojis don't always get it.
[00:00:51] Reaching out to donors between your ask is a critical part of the relationship-building process.
[00:00:58] Connecting with donors on a personal level is especially what brings success with large gift fundraising. With bringing in the big fish.
[00:01:07] It's also easy to hide behind emails.
[00:01:10] Sending emails seem safer because you are less vulnerable if a conversation doesn't go well.
[00:01:16] Donor calls are unpredictable.
